How long is the hire period for? 4 days 

Do I clean before returning? No we handle all cleaning of garments, if you happen to stain or damage the dress, please inform us on return and give us details of what the stain is and how it happens to help us in removing the damage as best as possible.

Will I be charged a late fee if I bring my dress back a day late? If you get held up at work or can't make the arranged return date please contact us and let us know, if the dress is brought back late with no communication you will be charged a late fee as per our terms and conditions.

How long do I have to try on dresses? You have 30 minutes; we have no limit on the number of dresses you can try on during this time however please be mindful of the next customer and don't dig into their appointment time if you are feeling indecisive.

How do I return my dress? We have a couple options, you can either return your dress during our operating hours by making a 'return appointment' via our booking system or you can request an out of hours safe drop and we will give you the address to return your dress.

Can I make an appointment without hiring? We only take try on appointments for specific events. Please be respectful of our time and only book a try on if you are looking for an outfit for a specific event.
